Brain Wellness & Cognitive Resilience Talk with Katallage Wellness

Thursday, June 115:00—6:00 PMMeeting RoomHazen Memorial Library3 Keady Way, Shirley, MA, 01464

Join Katallage Wellness (right here in Shirley!) for an inspiring community talk on how brain health can be supported through a comprehensive, whole-person approach. While dementia is often viewed as an inevitable decline, emerging functional and lifestyle-based approaches suggest that cognitive health may be improved, supported, and in some cases stabilized when the underlying drivers of brain aging are addressed early and thoroughly.

We will introduce the six key phases of brain repair and resilience:

  1. restoring mitochondrial energy
  2. reducing inflammation and oxidative stress
  3. improving metabolic flexibility
  4. supporting detoxification and autophagy
  5. calming overactive neural circuits
  6. protecting DNA and gene expression, and encouraging long-term repair capacity.

Attendees will learn how nutrition, targeted supplementation, movement, dance, nervous system regulation, aromatherapy, and supportive therapies such as IV nutrient programs may help the brain produce energy, reduce “rust and fire,” clear cellular waste, restore communication between neurons, and support repair pathways.

This talk is designed for anyone concerned about memory, brain fog, cognitive decline, family history of dementia, or healthy aging. Our goal is to offer hope, education, and practical tools for protecting the brain at every stage of life.

Light refreshments will be served.
